It's playing in 1080p for me. I'm using the forum app for the iPhone if that makes any difference.

For what ever reason. YouTube limit is set to 360p for a few hours then converts to 1080p. Dunno why.

Guessing people upload a video then spot a mistake and delete it. So it's to save space.
