Looking for advice on equipment

Hi we started 2 years ago and are now branching out to new things. We had a telescopic lance but it broke on us.

What I want to know is has anyone got recommendations for telescopic lances or would most people use a window cleaning brush. This would be for cleaning factory's and higher areas

I spray roofs with biocide and use a SLX pole with spray fitting on it.
