My First Wfp Setup?

I dont want to tell tou what to go for as I'm only into my 2nd time round with the pole but i got 2 gardiners dual trim 1 stiff and 1 med mix.. They more less feel the same. I wish I hadn't of got them. They still do the job, but I just don't like how they go over the glass.

I think it's just research and buy and try, there is so many choices and it cracked me up I just said gimme that one! But everyone likes different brands. Some even make their own.

I was just off looking at gardiners extreme flat trim soft and they look better and are cheap too

Hi belfast, i have bought the DI (found a cheaper one) and Backpack this morning should be with me on Friday so ill give a full detail review on it for those who are interested.

So all i have left to buy is a pole :wacko:

In my old job i used unger hiflo advanced poles with vikan brushes, but after reading on here everyone seems to rate Gardiners range. I have also been looking at ionics. So the choices are as follows:

28ft Ionic grafter pole + standard brush = £216.00

27ft gardiners clx pole + standard brush = £227.94

Or do i go for something smaller?

24ft ionic grafter plus + standard brush= £197.94

24ft ionic grafter + standard brush £192.00

22ft gardiner clx + standard brush = £176.34

22ft unger hiflo + standard brush = £189.74

I only really wanna be using my WFP system for hard to reach windows/ 3rd storey town house etc.

Worth remembering when comparing the Ionic's poles that they are usually about 3ft shorter than their named length. So the '28ft' Grafter is actually only 24.8ft and the 24ft Grafter is only 21.2ft

The Unger is however the length that it is named.

If you like the idea of the lightweight Xtreme the medium-mixed is in my opinion the best version and is my favourite brush. It is softer than the standard medium mixed brush that you have. The soft Xtreme is a very soft brush and only suitable for those used to such brushes.
