New trigger and soap dispenser

I'm really bad at keeping abreast of changes in our industry. I normally find out about some new gadget and rave about it only to find out it's been available for six months. Partly why I joined the forum as group knowledge is invaluable. So forgive me if everyone knows of these.

I just bought a new trigger that allows the handle to be locked into the on position. Which to my mind should remove all of the downsides of using a trigger. http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/Pole_accessories.html#a542TVM

And a soap dispenser from under. Designed to be fitted in line on your hose. I guess the obvious place would be pre hose real. Given the convos on here about putting soap on the brush which I myself have done, I would think this would be super handy on fascia and conservatory roof cleans.

Good links @Luke Elliott, I was looking at those triggers last night as I'm going to do a DIY internal kit using an old pole I have. I think I might go with a pump sprayer and buy a very cheap sprayer and use the trigger off that. I bought the swivel head and 4 Unger pads for about £30 last night.

The second link you posted seems like you can't use it with WFP if there is a tap etc on it as the pressure is 50 psi max.

I was thinking you could fit a loop hose in parallel to your existing feed to your hose reel. Fit a shut of valve in parallel with the dispenser. When you want soap shut your main line and open the dispenser. Then quickly calibrate your shut off pressure way down. I'm sure you can find the specs on all digital controllers to see what setting equates to 50psi. You won't need as much water as the soap should be doing it's job. Combine with the new trigger which you will lock into the on position - very helpful for fascia and conny cleans anyway - and it should all work. In theory at least. When you're done with soap, reset your shut off pressure. Close the soap dispenser and open the main line valve. You could also fit a safety valve pre soap dispenser for when it's not in use. Good thing is you can still run a decent running pressure with the shut off pressure low. Might take some fiddling but it could be workable.

I usually just have a bucket of diluted Virosol next to me for uPVC cleans etc, I dunk the brush in, rub and rinse. Works for me, I'm not technical enough to try your suggestions .
