I would find customers via another source. Get out canvassing for a day in the best bit of your area.

You’ll soon forget her when you’re cleaning some nice big well priced jobs.

If she was rhat doped up on painkillers whats to say she didnt leave the gate open the silly foulmouthed troglodyte.
Grrr custys somtetimes.
Had one once reckon i scratched the glass on living room window laat time i came. Had a look and sure enough there were some deep scratches that looked like someone had scratched a coin left and right about an inch at a time. Just there look she said. Ooooo i said. Just out of curiosity can you remember how i cleaned ur windows love. Yeah up and down etc. Thats right love. unfortunately for me to have made those small area scratches i would of looked like i was having a seizure shaking like a madman. Case closed i cpuld see the look on her face that she had been caught out. Have a nice day see you next time and wink.

Very simple for me this one.

She cannot withhold payment because you may or may not have left her gate open, totally separate issue.

You have her name and address you have her admitting her windows were cleaned.

File a online claim, it takes 10 mins and you will win.

I filed one last week and had a cheque within a few days from the ******, first clean which he was refusing to pay as he decided 3 weeks after I cleaned it that it wasn't a good job, I offered to take a look and rectify, he wasn't interested so he was liable. Got a few more to send out as well and will be doing so.

No one should get away with ripping  you off.

First cleans and one offs are cash only for me. I'm not sitting around waiting for payment off someone that I've not worked for before.

Generally I would agree however I get a lot of work canvassed for me so have no choice just have to hope for the best and make sure I keep records to follow up through court if needed. Although in an ideal world i would do as you say.

This is why I'm thinking of purchasing a body cam. So if ever a customer accuses me of not turning up, leaving a gate Open, damaging something, I can send video footage to clear things up straight away.

howlong would batterys last?

when im doing first cleans with just a verbal agreement, i always video me posting a note and showing the house number, but with regular cleans i dont.

a bodycam would have been handy on the one custy i had back in april totally deny i had cleaned her windows even though she was in and i spoke to her. I never did get my money from that one but she did pay.

First thing to do is pull up her facebook profile, then there is an small options button.  Select block and ban from page.

This will prevent here being able to talk sh@@e on your page.

Next.  Forget about it and move on.  as Tuffers says wont affect it in the slightest.

Also any one that knows here will already 'know her' and hence her opinion carries no weight.

Eh? ?

Last week I had a phone call. Phone rang about 3 times and then hung up. I checked my phone and saw it was a mobile number so rang back thinking it could be new business. Sure enough it was new business. The bint wanted an end of tenancy clean doing. I asked for the address but she didn't know the address  :1f602: . Funk this I thought, I'm wasting my time here, so thanked her for ringing and I hung up while she was still speaking. The funny thing was she sent me 2 texts after telling me I was rude and that she would be leaving me feedback. I was tempted to text back asking for a 5 star rating  :1f602:

It's all meh.

@Beer just move on from it none of what she says will affect your business, If you have enough custom for now just stay away from fb selling pages and concentrate on getting better clients from else were

Thank you mate will do just was thinking was it a common thing as window cleaning is very fickle

Just noticed it said you were friends on fb. Are you not using a fb business page if not you should.

I keep my business just business and my personal life I like to know totally personal I don't even have any pics of myself on my personal fb page.
