No price increase

So. I was called to a quote today. The lady says her regular window cleaner has not been for over a year. She phoned him and after numerous tries he eventually answered her. He tells her his van is brocken and will take 2 to 3 months to get it repaired. She then tells me she was paying him £22. Which she has paid for the 20+ years, so I ask did he never increase the cost! She says no, its never gone up in price. We'll she nearly had a heart attack when I gave her my price! 20+ years of no increase, what do you think the price would be now??
