Problem with spoting

these problem windows which are prone to seals leaking, this is what i do

the windows with two letter boxs

clean the two letter boxs first then move on clean next window

come back clean big window below letter boxs give gd srub on the seals

dont rinse

turn water off dry wipe the top seal

finally rinse below seal

Yes as above. On lower windows, I clean windows as normal. I then dry the black seal and get the dirt off it so its clean and dry and then clean the glass missing the seal and rinse jut under the seal downwards and all is fine. I have houses like this and a real pain but worked it out how to get round it, it works. /emoticons/smile.png Good luck.
