the postage diffrence is only £2 between posting to the uk and posting it to N.Ireland. so it would be only £2 more, so £26.99

yes you will have to wire it up, it will come with all connectors that is needed and how to do it. it is simple to do, all it is really is cut 2 wires and crimp the connectors onto them and thats it.
