Got a cheap roller guide of eBay the smallest gap was 16mm drilled a few more holes in the mount now the gap is 26mm hose and connectors and the polymorph plastic fly thru the gaps.
Going to get a friend of mine to fabricate some sort of mechanical arm to come out of my side door.
