Well guys in over 45 years of window cleaning I have never seen as much salt on the windows as I have today!!! You could hear the brush scraping through it it as I cleaned and the finish? Absolutely rubbish! Wash, rinse, wash rinse and it was still rubbish, we even tried traditional and that was rubbish too!
The problem we had was there was no rain with the wind so it just kept building up on the glass and to say its been a nightmare would be an understatement! So I just want to say keep your chin up guys , it's going to be a rough ride.

We do a hotel and apartment complex thatโ€™s less than 50 meters from the sea and it has salt , sand and seaweed stuck to the glass and the windows are opaque, sometimes we do this job weekly when itโ€™s stormy hot water and maximum flow removes it no problem, do get an occasional run line but nothing serious .

Well admittedly I don't have hot water but there was plenty of rinsing. It's just one of those things we have to deal with. ๐Ÿ˜Š
I'm in Southport it's a complete nightmare yesterday trying to clean
Has anyone got any ideas of what you can use like white vinegar etc? Pure water and the brush isn't removing it as there's grease spots stuck on the glass

I work in coast them pic look like a standard day to my round I found over the years the scrub is the key scrub rince and repeat till the brush moves nice and easy on the glass a flocked brush works much faster cold takes longer Iโ€™m hot user and itโ€™s helps with speed of cleaning also I can highly recommend dimond shine on salty glass it really helps get the sticky salt off Iโ€™m now using mono brushโ€™s and only having to scrub and rince twice on really badly coated glass
