Evening all,
Have recently started Softwashing (have had 3 or 4 jobs now) as an addition to windows, soffits & Facias etc, and was asked to do a friends house the other day. Applied a 2.5% sh mix with cleverwash, left to dwell for about 45 mins, then rinsed off and also tried to brush off. Didn’t do much so I sprayed on some Gel X Pro, left for a bit then brushed it before rinsing…. Didn’t make any difference.

Any ideas as to why it didn’t make any real difference? Would a biocide be worth a shot? We live in Cornwall and the house is quite high up, overlooking the sea (which is about 3 miles away).
