Sounds like a pain in the  a#@$ job I just say no when  they are this bad. I don't mind minging first cleans that can be done with ubik etc as long as they are happy to pay double regular clean price or more if very bad but what your talking about is not window cleaning its window restoration that needs more costly cleaning products and alot of time. So you are gonna need to charge lots cos in that time you would be able to knock out alot of normal jobs!
