hi matt,if your moving up to a traffic then why not consider getting a  tank from steve scargill? your buying ionics quality but built to suit your van-trust me i have a vivaro and its not that easy to fit a standard stystem to one of these because of the fuel tank-however its very easy if the tank is made to suit your van,which steve does.

at the moment he's doing an offer for the next ten days

500/600 litre frameless tank

bespoke battery box

4x storage boxes (the same you would get from grippa)

all for £399 plus vat

the frameless tank will have lugs so you can bolt through the chassis so no problem there,the tank could be made in other colours too but that might be an extra-the standard is black

just add your pump and controller/hoses and your good to go mate.

There's a very big commercial company near me that have 1000l tanks in a Vivaro with 3 workers, ladders etc. For some reason Police never check our vans for being overloaded.

Depends what Connect it is in some of the new ones can hold 1 ton same as the vauxhall combo.

I have had the compact 325 for a year works perfect and a great little system the only regret I had was not getting the power up hd reel, but I have a power up hd being delivered tomorrow, the manual reel works great I have 100m of 8mm hose and 20m of pole hose on my reel, you need to lower the bolts on the cross bars very simple mod takes a a few minutes to do.

i only ordered the power up reel as I have a dodgy shoulder and generally lighten my working practise.

i also have to connect t230 with a 900kg payload. Which is great for a one man band.
