Pretty much anyone going for a job wants to know how much money they will be paid before they start said job.
i wrote that incorrectly,my apology -what he wanted was how much was i paying him- and then getting the wages up front in cash .Seem to remember him saying "it better be good dad"
 
anyone established employee someone who is young ( 20yrs old kinda age ) and insure them for van ? i got a lad starting for me but van insurance so high for him i dunno how to get him out there on his own in a van, he seems like he is on it gonna be a good worker so gotta try and find a way - any tips welcome tyvm

Cost me an additional £300 a year for a 21 year old employee with Admiral. Only added him to the one van as that would have been the cost per van basically.
