Tds Problems

Im having a few issues with the RO TDS output. I bought a DI cartridge with resin as a package and the resin ran out real quick managed roughly 700 litres of pure water before tds reading shot up to 016.


I then bought some more resin Tulsion 115 and i have just made 300 litres of pure on the new resin and my tds reading is 003 already!.

 


The TDS reading before DI is 016-018. Any advice would be much appreciated .

my nose touched my pc monitor there. Im probably wrong here. I think read you have to make sure the lid is screwed on properly or it can cause it to go up?

yes i screwed it up proper tight . Reading now up to 004 i only changed resin 24hrs ago!! reading 016-018 before di, seems normal. grrr....
