I wouldn't say my skin is sensitive. I've got over twenty years of experience and have learned over the years that some detergents beat up the hands more than others.

Do you have squeegee off as your solution when using a liquidator? I just wondered what the slip was like.
@keefo the slip is reduced with the liquidator and the unger s plus channel for shore it kinda grabs the glass on the ends

ive still bin very inpressed with the squeege off ive brought some unger liquid to day so tomorow ill b testing this to c how it compairs on finger prints ect also tryed some wcw home brand liquid an that was good only tryed a bit as my m8 brought some an gave me a tiny bit to try

I'm ditching the dish soaps now too mate. I've got a suspicion that the stuff I'm using is the same as the squeegee off. Same bottle, same appearance inside etc, just re branded. I used my favourite magnum yesterday and it doesn't come close now. I really should write a proper review on it as there are so many benefits I wouldn't have even thought of until using this stuff.

i used the unger to day an i was very inpressed it had hardly any suds at all it was like blading water off the glass but at the same time no direction change marks hardly any detailing to as it just runs off like water i defo think this is beta than squeege off not loads of slip but a realy nce clean gets finger prints off to i added 1 cap full of the 5l contaner it came in to a bucket of water ill never use dish soap again neverG-)

So I ended up driving past B&Q and went to go pick up some squeegee off. They had none (think it may be homebase I saw it in @tench0771). But they did have this stuff, so I picked up a few bottles.

Popped to B&Q today, spotted the new cleaning section in there and remembered reading your post about this solution so grabbed a bottle and am looking forward to trying it out tomorrow. /emoticons/smile.png

Good stuff mate. It seems to run out of bubbles about half way through the day, so I just add a small squirt to the applicator and I'm set for the rest of the day. I don't waste it on first cleans either, keep the dishsoap for that nonsense, just use it on the regular work.

Sounds good  I think I may crack open my new ninja sleeve too.... Oh the joys

Looking forward to see what you think Ant. Can you also do a test in your favourite, the liquidator? Cheers

Not had the chance yet, got bloomin food poisoning! The last day and a half have been spent at close proximity to my lav /emoticons/sad.png

I'm hoping tomorrow will be the day I test it out, and....Oh ok I'll dust off the liquidators /emoticons/wink.png

Cheers keefo

Yeah I feel like I've had a colonic rinse, I feel so empty!:puke:

Can't wait to fill up again

Been using the HG solution for the last two days, really like it! You get bubbles but not too sudsy like dish soap. Found the slip ok too. My S plus loved it! Still get soapy lines now and again with the S plus but with this solution hardly any, and any I did get were more watery.

Overall great to use and leaves the windows looking great too

ive got some hg as well got it from home base tryed it to day an i realy like it ive squeezed nearly a hole bottol in my 5l unger liquid bottol as the unger has no suds:D ill try it on its own on tuesday im inpressed so far tho with it

Could be the end of dish soaps for me too, apart from first cleans.

There was quite a few bottles on the shelf at B&Q when I bought one, not for much longer, I'm going back there tomorrow /emoticons/biggrin.png

So you're using an Unger/HG mix? Interesting!

It just performs so well doesn't it. It comes out of the bottle quick. I'm tempted to draw lines on the bottle so I can measure how much I use each time. Maybe divide the bottle up by 10 or so, as the dilution in a big bucket is a bit optimistic, if going for top performance. If you need more suds, just a few small drops on the applicator sorts it.

I wondered about dilution as I hoverd over my bucket the first time, Sod it! Trail and error, two generous squirts! seems ok but might try less next time, see how far I can stretch it. Good idea to mark the bottle, if I can use the minimum and still get good results then all will be well /emoticons/smile.png

I never thought I would get tight on the soap, but those little bottles are pricey and it all adds up. With two of us dipping in the bucket now i'm noticing it needs a top up half way through the day. I'm thinking for the regular cleans I may even leave the water from the day before and just top it up in the morning with another squirt of the good stuff, and half a bucket of fresh water. Should get it to a nice concentration as it seems like one of those 'more the merrier' soaps.

You're not wrong Tolish, when the part timer's with me I usually have to top up 3 times a day! I don't think it helps that he doesn't use a boab, his applicator dries out quicker so he dips often, and boy does he dip, honestly, water cascading off it like Niagara Falls
