Pretty common Paul. Usually the sealant at the top and the breather strip at the bottom lets condensation in. Every conservatory I have cleaned has at least one panel that steams up when I've finished - you can usually tell which ones are 'gone' before you clean as they have mildew/mould in the bottom 6 inches in the cavity. I just warn the customer beforehand and make sure I don't use full mains pressure when rinsing under the top cowl.
