Yes all our poles are hoseless wish it was about years ago ,no issues with fouling up hose in a pole the lot goes straight onto the hose reel and makes less mess and no coiling up of pole hose each time the pole is returned to the van

I have recently fitted the tubless kit from @Skxawng on my 3 poles plus a RecProtect slim. I do tend to select a pole depending on the job and sometimes use 2 poles on one job. It's so much easier to just unplug one pole and connect the next, no more coiling up one pole hose to uncoil another. I use Gardiners green PU hose and since it's been wound on the reel for the last 2 weeks it seems to behave itself better than it was when I was recoiling it how it wanted to be coiled - so maintaining it's memory!
The internal pole hose supplied is great and with a bit of warm water pushes onto univalves and hasn't needed any o clips to secure it - no leaks (I use cold water, if using hot I would use clips).
It makes the back of my van so much tidier and no problem sliding one pole out and it catching another loop of hose. Definitely money well spent (there is a forum discount code somewhere - found it - WCF20)!

The only thing I would say, and it's my mistake, I would go for the Tuff Protect not the RecProtect slim. The reason for this is that when using a cloth to clean hose as I reel in, if I'm not paying attention, The cloth catches on the slim and pushes my hand into the bar over the reel. I think with the Tuff Protect the cloth wouldn't catch - the Tuff Protect wasn't in stock in 6mm when I ordered so I thought the slim would be fine - don't get me wrong it is good in that it doesn't get caught when pulling round walls etc.

Do you have an option of adding sections, we can go from an Xtreme 25 to adding 4 sections, regularly add 2 sections to go upto a 35
I think last time we discussed it, I didn't have any ideas for how to do that. But since then I've been thinking about it and have thought of a few ways to do it. Although most of them aren't practical.
The problem is that the collapsed pole length can often get a little longer when you add extensions which means that when you push the coupler into the base of the pole, the male plug is too far inside to reach.

I think the best solution is to have it set up so it connects to the base normally when it's standard length, but has an extra piece for when using extensions.

So to add extensions, you disconnect the coupler from the base of the pole, then you plug a short extension hose of a foot or two into the base instead.
You then add your extension(s), then finally connect the coupler to the end of the extension hose that sticks out the bottom of the pole.

If your interested in testing a prototype @Part Timer let me know ?

Could you not make an extension adapter? Like the tubular bit that holds the female rectus of your hoseless system, so at one end it has a male and the other the female? It would need to be the extra length of the collapsed pole when adding the extra extensions.

Maybe some sort of extension that twists onto a modified tubeless coupler that adds an extra few cm so that it can still be grabbed when the extra sections are added?
