Univalve issue?

Just ordered Gardiner's new green PU hose. Since last week the valve's been a lot better after a blast through and refit but I do agree with the reinforced hose it is a little bit elastic when it's hot outside which may be contributing to the difficulties I've been having.

Just ordered Gardiner's new green PU hose. Since last week the valve's been a lot better after a blast through and refit but I do agree with the reinforced hose it is a little bit elastic when it's hot outside which may be contributing to the difficulties I've been having.

If that Green PU hose is anything like exceeds blue, it's tough stuff. Much stronger than pvc hose. Takes some cutting. It's also got a larger ID which reduces the pump pressure needed to push water through it.
