This bit I have to agree with!

Buy how bad does the weather need to be? We just say if the weather is so bad we can't do them we'll see you next month. No problem with having to reschedule, or then falling behind.

Thats on a person by person basis. I meant I agree that it's a pain to have to text them if you don't make it. Reasons for not making it aside.

I usually text . If weather is not looking too good i will say weather permitting. This time of year you cant guarantee to get them cleaned.
If they tell me to leave them this time i will. If they do it again i wont text them anymore and pass them by. Wait for them to get back to me.
If i cant be assed with them i will simply say i thought you had cancelled .
i simply take on new customer to replace.
