University might not suit you, but you know this does. Less risk to stick with status quo and build it.
I wanted to be a social worker all my life. Got into the 3rd year placement and realised it was far too admin based and not anything like it was described as *red tape. Wasted a long time with that situation, and went back to social care until found window cleaning
My point is that it's more of a gamble in my opinion to do something different like university, while you describe yerself as having the drive to make this window cleaning work. In which case quite simply it will.
