I like the fact your pump is on the outside of the cabinet.much easier to replace than mine!

I would of at least a few quid and sorted your flooring out. Looks like a builder has been let loose in there.
Vehicle battery doesnāt have any relevance to firing up the boiler thatās run from two separate batteriesIt's better to not do that though
Whatās with all those loose uninsulated wires ? They look quite corroded? Here's mine
Yes it does(all 3 are connected to each other)all diesel heater installers recommend firing up the boiler after starting the van first.Vehicle battery doesnāt have any relevance to firing up the boiler thatās run from two separate batteries
The pic is from me changing my pump and obviously I'd not connected the wiring up to my controller yet.Whatās with all those loose uninsulated wires ? They look quite corroded?
You ve just had a very expensive hot water system installed in your van!why would you get another van?it'll be a ballache to swap it all over to a new van.one thing i have to say is that peugest expert 2.0 hdi i had was fantastic van think i may get one when i replace my vivaro
I use a 20amp commercial numax 'connect and forget' charger.cost around Ā£100.you want a decent 20amp charger as your charging up 2 batteries.Ctek are good chargers too. What battery chargers do you guys use for your systems looking to upgrade mine as but old
If the boiler is connected to the van battery then starting the engine first will make sure there is enough power in the battery to start the engine first then yes , if the boiler is connected to another battery or 2 batteries it wonāt make the slightest bit of difference, if you have two batteries each one say is 105 ah thatās 210 amps the boiler uses about 30 amps on start up so that wonāt affect the two batteries.Yes it does(all 3 are connected to each other)all diesel heater installers recommend firing up the boiler after starting the van first.
Only one heat exchanger ? Thought it was a 2 man set up ?..
