Try a UPVC plastic supplier in your area best bet is to google it . Or alternatively try a builders merchants . They usually come in 3 or 4 meter lengths

If you know someone on a building site then usually pick up an off cut. Bar that you can buy a 3m length from a plumbers merchant for £20.

Just one pole in each pipe. I have 115mm soil pipe but I keep 2 poles in it.

For context, I have four poles in my van within the pole storage tubes I have the following 

Streamline ova8 30 foot 

Boss 22 foot 

Face-lift 22 foot 

Unger Nlite 30 foot roof scraper pole 

All poles using conventional tubing and NOT hoseless kits. All the poles with the hose tucked along their side push into the tube with ease and don't slide out or rattle one bit
