Wfp On A Tight Budget Using A Pressure Sprayer

Yeah them sort of packs look tidy, seem to come with more comfortable straps and for your back.. The box my backpack came in what a picture with a lance, but never for one /emoticons/sad.png I need to get a decent trigger..

I'm using the trigger that was on the cheapy sprayer, does a good job to be fair and I just strapped it to pole. The one on the pic above looks lots better and more robust as well.

Our company started using a pressure washer and we've noticed that it does a great job and a good way to pinch some pennies in terms of labor.

I got my 7lt pump sprayer out today and a Harris pole... Took the end of the lance out of the trigger and pushed it into a push fit piece at end of pole

Hose.. Then cable tied it to end of the pole ( just for test ) Then pushed the bottom of the hose into the trigger and tightened the screw on it.. Stretched the Harris out and pumped the sprayer up.. I can now spray fascias from the ground can't wait for the next PVC clean.

Yeah thats basically what the Chapin/Solo 90psi ones I've been looking at are mate theres loads of brands but some aren't sturdy enough. Chapin do one called roundup as well funny enough

I seen a thread on this somewhere on the forum I think and there are reasons why it wouldn't work and I can't remember them all but, could cause damage and would drain a tank too quickly are a couple.

Thats one doesnt, in fact I couldnt even use that one with my pressure washer. Its only for 3100 psi I think it said. Theres bigger ones on ebay

Some of the guys in the US are using a process called "Soft Washing" for cleaning exteriors of homes, it is a bleach based type cleaning. It is done with a pressure washer, but the spray coming out (you can put your hand in front of the spray gun) is a much lower pressure and will reach several stories (with out an extension pole). Then the house would get a rinse after the cleaning mix has time to dwell.

I believe pure water will affect pressure washer pumps if not flushed out, plus the chance of blowing out seals on the windows (for an all in one app).
