Have a look at raptor paint. getting it put on the inside of mine. a lot of off roaders use it externally and it's waterproof and meant to be solid!!

Keep us updated on this Rich - I’d looked into the raptor kits when I did my van as it seem reasonable in price - just couldn’t did much info on long term tests in the UK!

Will do. lt may be the summer when it's done but I'll put a post on. Like I said the guys who have used it says smacking a spanner on it doesn't even dent it. we'll soon see!!!
