What flow rate do you use

What flow rate are you using

Me - 75 flow,

Shurflo 100psi pump, 100m of minibire and 3mm jets

same pump, 100m microbore, fan jets & 80 flow, was using 60 but 80 is mad

Flow 7 to 8..mostly 7. dial goes to 10

Remember I use 3mm jets so it doesn't squirt out far like 2mm jets... So it's hard to compare, but I have a high flow cos it makes rinsing soo much faster...

Hi Jake,

I recently replaced my 2mm with 3mm pencil jets to get a quicker all round clean. The problem is that even though I`ve turned the controller up to 90, after a few seconds and by the time that I`ve brushed up the window and started to rinse off the water, the flow dies off to the point where it doesn`t work any quicker.

I can literally feel and hear the pump slow down significantly. If I could just get another 10 or so seconds use before the flow subsides then it would be perfect.

Have you any ideas to what may be wrong?, regards Dave

lol jake I could piss harder than that , mine looks far more flo than that , does the size of jets really make a difference?

I thought that too when I saw that video, maybe the extra mm makes a big diff mate? I find on about 50 on my pump the water will squirt about 3 or 4 metres if i wanted it to.

It makes a huge difference,

With the 2mm jets it was shooting out at a massive distance, squirting everywhere, horrible,

3mm jets make it more like a hose without the 'spray patterns' attached, much faster rinsing, and no splash back,

More like a water fall...

That's gotta be something to do with calibration, sounds like it's dead ending or something? @spruce shoipd be able to help...

You need to increase your calibration setting. @Jake is 100% correct.
