What happened to my brush? Now leaving marks

After a cleaning a metal shutter on a shop it left my brush like this, tried it on my windows after wnd was leaving black scuffs that i had to get out with the pink stuff.

Can this brush be cleaned some how? Or do i need to order a new one, thanks

We must watch out !, ive tried cleaning doors and windows several times , not noticing that the latches were greased up , then switch brushes and soak my main brush in soap with ammonia to get this this oily substance out?

That's happened to me before when I cleaned a window that was above where the customer had used a barbeque. I applied some detergent on to the bristles, rubbed it in, then washed it off.

Hot water in washing up bowl with washing power powder ?

Looks like oil contamination as den says warm water and washing up liquid in bucket and give it a good scrub it should come off
