What Price Do Bungalows Sell

hi guy's can anyone advise me what to sell one of my round's for. it is a group of 50 bungalows that makes £90-£100 every two weeks ( 3 are monthly) all good payers and the full round takes about 15 minutes to walk round as there very close together. due to health problems i may have to sell them but not sure what to charge

Many windows do these bungalows have? And how long does it really take to do them as I'm sure 15mins won't do it lol...

I like my bungalows, no ladders no poles walk and trad it's brilliant!

hi most bugalows have 2 back windows 2 front and small bathroom i take my time often stop for chat and work from 8 till about 4.30 they could be done quicker there easy

Its really unfortunate that you are having to give it up due to your health. I don't know what it is that is wrong, but if you are likely to get back to work after some recovery time. I would recommend, you do some serious analysis, with your pricing structure. If you are charging £2 per bungalow, you are not being very fair to yourself.

Personally I think you should be charging three times that, so I can see why 50 people in the one area has taken you up on it. You are giving your service away pal, and due to that, I don't believe any window cleaners will be interested in buying that work from you.

Small Bungalow (x2 front windows, x2 Back Windows, a door, a maybe a side window) £5 and or any larger I add a £! or £2 per window... My biggest job is a £15 bungalow. Which took me an hour when i first done it... Now 20 mins - 30 mins depending on how i feeling lol

In which case it would be £7

I was basing it on my dads bungalow

If there is two bay windows at the front, two medium at the back, and a small side one. I would be £7. If it was 4 medium, I would be £5.

Hence £12
