Can you pitch a ladder and do them of if that? This way you can clean the velux windows as well.

For me it would be ladder & stay and 5 mtre Harris pole could reach all of them and roof lights

Depends on the size on the extensions set of step ladders and 18 or 22 pole.

I have a very similar looking one that I do from the ground with a 22 foot pole.  However, it will depend on the level of the ground if you can't reach it from the end of the deck. I have another with a flat roof that I need my 25 foot pole for but I am at my my absolute limit with that one as the edge of the roof is higher.

trad pole or wfp... I use 27ft wfp and would not have a issue with that property.
