Residential for me about 9- most of my customers are retired- if I have a gutter clean to do for existing customer say i try and arrange say 8.30 start and they allways o Lord I will be tucked up then ak we agree 9 end of the day it pays to keep on there good side

When I get new customers I ask what's the earliest I can go. Some like it early and some just don't care. And then get to know your round. If you have a full day you only need one person that leaves early for work or doesn't mind and you have an early start. If that's a big house then by the time I'm done nobody can have a problem.

That said I will always text the early one to let them know.

If I want to I can usually start residential by 7:30, some at 7. Obviously I don't usually start that early unless I'm skint…
