Just buy a sack truck and strap it on

As Part Timer mentioned get a sack truck which is what most people do and attach it with a couple of bungee straps or ratchet straps. Also go for a collapsable one if working from a van with small headroom as a proper fixed sack truck will not fit upright, and needs to be upright in transit to avoid water spillage as the Gardiner filling lids or notoriously poorly fitting, and you will not want to keep attaching and removing it from the sack truck.
