The swivel is leaking? Loads on eBay. Make sure you get the right size. There are 2.

All window cleaning suppliers sell them however that particular brand and design are rubbish 

This is what I've been using for years and haven't repaired it or it's leaked yet 

This one is serviceable with a 10mm hex Allen key to replace the O rings

You can use an 8mm or 10mm (can't remember which) allen key to take it apart then replace the o ring!

Exact same swivel body minus the Rectus 26

I used to use a swivel hozelock. I now use a fixed hozelock. One problem with the fixed version is that you wear the inner plastic clamps and the rubber o ring on the brass. I usually buy a bulk load of £1 hozelocks from B&Q.
