Window & Facia potential New Client

 Hi guys,

Need some advice.Below,ive attached a photo of an Estate Agents - Brookbanks.

Windows not a problem,however,the manager's looking to me too also clean the "Brookbanks Sign",too (fascia).

Its got some form of Electrical lighting (maybe Florescent Tubes ?‍)...

Window clean - no issue

- Fascia clean,bearing in mind Electrical & water dont mix.

Can anyone advise,about cleaning the sign please ?.Then how much to do the job - Thanks Guys.

I don't know about other folk but when I started I didn't have a clue about pricing. I asked two guys I knew who were experienced. It gave me some idea and pricing became second nature within a few weeks. Still get the occasional head-scratcher but mostly I can give a fair price in a few minutes.

we all had to start somewhere. ?

I don't know if he's new to be honest. He might not be. It could just be a "head scratcher" that he's a bit flummoxed with. ??

Thanks Davy G??.Ive been WCleaning for around 1.5 years max - decided to upgrade & take on new clients - im enjoying learning all the time.Im also enjoying the work.

Hey Davy G,i didnt see apology straight away.Thats only because you Davy G raised two valid points yourself,to understand my request for advice.

Firstly - Advice,Encouragement & Genuine Support as you & id Naturally do - i certainly wouldnt put someone down without cause.

Secondly - i had a price in mind,just after advice & pointers on a sensible level.

Yes,most of us WC's on here are just trying to thrive & get on - couldnt agree more.

Let me ask you Davy G - why oh why,is now that you & i are exchanging chat,sorting a situation out,in fairness Shouldnt have happened to start with ?.

The perportrators go quiet,yet others pick up the un needed/un wanted mess left.

Would it have been more sensible to advise acquiring more relative information first ?..Rather than " A bullet point,short sharp condescending answer"?.

Most people wouldve responded how i did - again,without realising mate.

Thanks for trying to help Davy G.In all fairness,i asked for help advice,encouragement & suggestions - nothing else.If i saw a similar question,id do more 'fact finding first'.

Maybe,in future Windamon,establishing 'further real facts',rather than 'bull in a china shop effect',will have a better response.Ascertaining more relevant information,helps 'build a better understanding picture'.Then give helpful advice & suggestions to aid the request.

A better outcome is favourable chap ?.
