True mate,,, some customers dont mind but some do... i clean in the rain.. if their not happy just let them go and replace them /emoticons/smile.pngThe only reason I don't clean in rain, if I can help it, is cos I don't like getting wet! It's beyond me why custies complain if you do, at the end of the day if you clean the windows while it's raining, they will still be cleaned. If you clean them and it rains the next day it's exactly the same scenario and we live in Britain where it rains on average every 3 days or so. What can you do about that? If it bothers the customers that much they should go to Egypt or somewhere, they probably won't have to worry about glass never mind rain!
I've never yet noticed any advantage when the next month comes round in the state of the windows if they were cleaned in the sun as opposed to precipitation. Only exception is houses on very busy roads where vehicles might splash dirt off the road, but even then I'm being very picky, as you still have the rains every 3 days situation!
