Need some advice, I have to quote for a patio cleaning job.

They are the council concrete slabs 600x900 with lichen. Its about 100 square metres. Will I need hypo for this? I think most likely I will.

Some pictures would help it’s difficult to advise without , depending what pressure washer you have you might get away without hypo but it will kill it off and sanitise the area .

Depends what's around them. I Softwashed these slabs yesterday because the customer had put hundreds of lovely pebbles all round the perimeter of slabs and patio bit. If I PW them then the dirt would have ruined the pebbles so I used a bucket and deck brush and scrubbed in some hypo. I usually just PW them tbh.

£3 a sq metre so £300 should be around the ball park. No joints to fill or replace mortar and you could go a tad lower especially if they are your customer.

Thanks, so block paving with re-sanding would be around £3.50 per square metre?

I usually charge £3 a sq metre to clean and sand free as long as they buy the sand, a fiver a bag. I feel I have got to give them the option so it comes up new again.
