Based in Bromsgrove we specialise in the cleaning and sanitisation of domestic and commercial wheelie bins, our equipment is built to the highest standards providing the ultimate in hygiene whilst complying with environmental legislations. Our friendly team is always professional and look forward to providing you with our services. Our services cover Bromsgrove and a 15 mile radius including the surrounding areas of Redditch, Droitwich, Studley

Go for it mate, youll need to get in touch with your local water authority and council and enviroment agency, it will take same amount off effort to build up rounds as it does for window cleaning, good luck with it, i discounted using a trailer system for ease of parking etc a vansa bit easier, a fella i know took the stuff outa his trailer and fitted in a small pickup, i also do windows and powerwashing and gutters, have another van and 1 employee, sometimes a part timer in the summer /emoticons/biggrin.png

ive a freshbins trailer for wheeliebin cleaning ,their specially built for bins ,it took a short time to get use to parking but its not that hard ,its a great earner , i also do windows gutters powerwashing etc , if you bui ld up a decent bin round youl find it very easy to get window gutter work etc of your bin customers , as said put up pic of the trailer

The only wheelies I do are on me bike /emoticons/smile.png

I think people would look at you as if you were a martian round here if you asked to clean their wheelie bin.

Same here there cant be any money in that sort of thing, donny you seem to do alright though

how can you say theres no money in it when you have no experience in it ,also if theres nobody offering the service in your area then maybe theres an opportunity ,dont knock it till youve tried it

But people round my area would laugh dont think it would work here in croydon fella, fair play to you though

well i find that strange as its a service provided all over the uk , i just googled wheeliebin cleaning in croydon and theres a few companys operating in the area

But people round my area would laugh dont think it would work here in croydon fella' date=' fair play to you though[/quote']Ive been looking around at various companys and there is a couple of companys around that have made a real success of it so im gunna give it go.
Nothing ventured.

Madness i have never ever seen anyone cleaning bins round here , i weren't slating your job mate i just never thought there was a lot of money in doing that type of work but i was wrong /emoticons/smile.png

I see a few different vans cleaning bins here. They just follow the bin lorry..

I asked the fella how much for mine.. Think it was £3 per bin ( black & blue & brown ) I said happy days will you do my black just, he wanted paid upfront for 3 cleans or something so told him to forget about it lol

Ok if you can get £3 for washing bins then go for it, just sold my machine couldnt make it pay cos only £1.50 round here. I delivered 11k leaflets and got 70 customers, You dont notice anyone cleaning bins till go out and wash them yourself and find out there are about 12 other in ashfield mansfield area.

The Biggest Cleans 9000 Bins with 11 vans, 1 guy cleans 400 on a tuesday alone then there are the others. We were leafleting a street in mansfield when 4 bin cleaner turned up and started cleaning bins about 30 houses on street, they only cleaned about 10 of those as well

Then you have to collect the money i have seen these guys at 7 and 8 oclock the same ninght collecting the money makes for a long day

We posted 180 letters to local schools not 1 reply we were hoping to do commercial bins £10-£15 per bin but pub chains fastfood outlets you have to go through head office another challange

Hope this helps didnt work for me big investement on my part 8k for the proper machine to do it, not a pressure washer in the back of a van and empty it on the road which is against the law anyway. I was lucky i got my money back this week and Thunderbins is starting a new life in Malta
