Crawley Ppm ?

Just been down london for a few days and stopped in hotel in Crawley.

 

Is there's any one on here from the area as

 

1. The tap water tasted like it was swimming bath water. It tasted like there was chlorine in it.

So would love to know weather the ppm is high.

 

2. Hotel windows looked like they not been done in years. There was lots of windows to so may be a good earner for someone on here. Looked about 2/3 day job for 1 man.
