Here is a backpack alternative using a drum that I have made for getting around the backs of terraced houses etc if I cant be bothered getting trolley out or to awkward for a Van mount.
box..........................£11.00
pump.......................£13.27
Battery....................£14.98
switch......................£ 1.98
240x190x90 Terminal box.
I made small feet for the box to sit on and raise a little off the floor, and screwed into the box.
wire tie the battery in and drill and fix pump with small bolts
Wire the pump to the battery and put on/off switch on the live wire.
Drill holes where appropriate and attach inlet and outlet hoses to pump. Here I attached the box to the side of the barrel but decided against it as it didn't look good.
Run the pump and then stop the flow whilst still on to check for leaks under pressure. If all is well screw lid on box. I replaced the clear inlet hose with microbore as it bent around better without kinking.
I attached the box to the barrel using a strap. Drilled a hole in the barrel lid plus a small breather hole for air. I also used a plastic length of tube to guide the microbre to the bottom of the barrel.
Attach a pole hose fitting to the outlet hose and you are good to go /emoticons/smile.png
