My marketing campaign ( flyer's )

So i'm about 2-3 months into my window cleaning life atm and doing ok got few customers signed up and got 1 really good commercial job to do 3 times a week.

iv got a 2-3 year plan which basically is be a full time window cleaner sooner the better imo

This a normal day in the life of me lol wake up at 5am get to my paye job finish at 10-30/11 then out on the windows till 4-5 ish most week days and i care a lot for my grandparents as well and iv got my 1 and half year old boy over the weekends so as you can see i am very busy 90% of the time.

onto the campaign

plan is to drop 20k of flyer s in the areas i cover over 2-3 month period

iv got a company dropping them which have 4 people supervised dropping them and hit an area all together.

what would i like back from 20000 flyer's dropped around 50-60 solid monthly jobs id be happy with.

main thing is i wanna get my name out there and see what the response is if it fails i'll get a canvassing team together and get them knocking on the doors.

flyer s have been ordered and should be here this week sometime then it starts so i'll update once its started and let u all know if my mass drop of flyer s was worth it or not :]

What sort of prices where the flyers Ryan and what dis it cost you to get them delivered

well its all done thro the firm whos delivering them for me.

Thay designed them for me to my spec and ordered them for me and will deliver them to the areas i want

iv bought 30k a5 glossy these will do for my mass 20k drop and if that goes well i'll drop the extra 10 if not i'll keep these for canvassing with.

to get 1k delivered is £25 so 10k will cost £250 which is pritty cheap tbh and its done quick and efficiently.

i'm trying to get it a bit cheaper if i pay for 20k upfront but well see

i think it has to be tryed tbh around me as i never receive a window cleaning flyer thro the post i get things like gardening or handy man stuff but not window cleaning so may be a market for it but well see :]

2.5 p delivered that is very cheap you can not grumble about that ,if you are going to drop flyer off or knock what every you are going to do, do it now people think about dirty windows when the sun shines so get them flyers out the sun dont shine long in england lol

Ya the price is good the fact i'm dropping so many is why its costing so much ie £500 for 20000 but i only need 50-60 customers from it to get my money back and then if thay are monthly happy days

it dont shine for long in wales either mate but summers coming now so next 2 months is the right time if there is ever a right time lol

Good luck pal, even of you get 1% will be 200 jobs hopefully every month, not bad for £500 + flyer costs.

I reckon you will get more then 50 - 60, more like 200.

Well for 20k leaflets you will get alot more then 200, I droped of 600 odd and now have 50 custies!

I had them to drop 1.5k for me last Friday and iv had 3 calls back from them all monthly customers looking for a regular window cleaner so hopefully more will ring least i'm getting my name out there a bit so when thay see me around thay think ohh ya i had a flyer lets go and chat :]

i'll update when iv recived them and booked some in for delivery :]

Nice one! Flyers really depends on the area.. You could do a street that already has a cleaner and get no calls, do another area with no cleaner and you phone will be buzzing!
