Hiya guys. I have a Peugeot partner and need to install a bigger tank.

I have looked and apparently I have a load capacity of 600kg

Now I'm thinking 350l tank but just wanted to ask what may seem a stupid or obvious question.

Would an upright tank put too much weight pressure on a small footprint or does it not make much difference?

Thanks in advance and sorry if I seem stupid

I got a berlingo with a 400 litre tank upright on offside of van, I got a big generator on the other side which weighs 100kg and with other stuff i.e pressure washer, Gutter vac and me 100kg it helps balance it out a bit when the tank is loaded. I do t think the suspension likes 400kg on one side though.

Its personal preference and what space you need as well, I prefer a flat tank as it fits nicely into the back of my truck between the wheel arches, I never feel or get that boat feeling with been in a double cab pick-up
