Hope you get it. Do let us know if it's possible to clean in 2 hours if you do get it. If it is possible to do in 2 hours, your hourly rate is £182.50

I think we need to stop thinking - this is my hourly rate so I must charge xxxx

It's a big job which needs specialised equipment , insurance etc plus experience , marketing etc

If this cleaned four times a year pays for paul to get a new pole then good on him price high

On a council estate your competing against Tommy Tradder but on these jobs we need to make some profit pay for the gear

I agree with tax that's why I said a day-day and half charge, it won't take a full day but you ain't doing that job all round (back mirrors front remember) in 2 hours, it ain't happening I think that's at least half a days graft (wait that was tuffers 2 hours is half a days graft ain't it [emoji13]) but good luck with quote hope goes well [emoji1303]

I think that sounds about right. So hard to get it right tough. Please do let us know, and even if they dont go for it ask for some feedback.

That job is worth more than £120.

From what I can gather from the pic you will need a 40ft pole, you will need to clean it out off hours due to car park and it will be quite dirty due to being done every quarter.

They will more than likely want the insides doing its very rare that commercial offices don't.
