No Provided you rinse it and dilute it properly. Don't leave a big puddle sitting in the middle of the tarmac. Use a broom or a blower to move it into the drain or onto grass or flower bed. It wont hurt the garden once diluted down to less than 0.1% but can still cause problems on tarmac.
