Hey, welcome to the forum!! This is the guy that got me into window cleaning and taught me all I know, apart from what impact43 taught me!

welcome to the real forum of window cleaning mate /emoticons/smile.png/emoticons/tongue.png

PS. Great website by the way! I'm liking the Terms and Cons you've set out there. I was wondering how to approach this myself recently and I'm just wondering how your customers are with these T's + C's?? Do you get many people breaching these or causing a fuss about them at all??

I'm all for having T+C's just like these but I've heard of people all against putting late payment fees on etc for risk of putting customers off.

I also have late payment fee and at this stage of my business I have no outstanding payments due. So works for me!

Late payment charges are quite reasonable. If you're late paying your mortgage or phone bill you get a late payment charge.

That's what I think at the end of the day you are running a business

Yeah I completely agree mate. The banks for one lead by example these days! They don't hesitate to charge...

Lol if i done it id probs lose all my customers hahaa
But if they're not paying, they're costing you money. I've recently had to enforce one of my late payment charges but this guy was REALLY taking the mick!

I could see a lot of mine jacking it in two H if I tried it. Window cleaner isn't exactly hard to come by & they don't have to pay & there's no proof you cleaned the windows. I read on ere someone was thinking of charging a £1 a week for being late. I honestly don't think I'd keep many custies.

i have a £5 late payment fee if it is later than 14 days. and not a single customer has left me because i have it on there. im not in any debt and i never go out collecting money. longest i have to wait for payment is about 4 days due to the time it takes for bank transfers.
