1st clean pricing? and procedure?

I do the same as Boar, as long as it isn't too dirty and bigger than average for the size of house I charge the same as I would regularly.

Depends on the custy and what sort of day i am having

Some jobs don't take me any longer for a first clean as i do the frames normally and give em a quick scrub

Others i can tell will take ages so they get smurfed on the first clean

Yeah pretty much the same, depends on the type of frame as well, if nice white upvc WFP cleans them really quick, horrible manky brown painted wood flaking everywhere not so much.
