A way of getting hose around Van (with pics) part 1

I have made a device to get the hose to go forward around the van so I don't have to move or get the reel out of the Van.

Now i know this is for a tailgate van but I am sure it can be modified to go under side doors.

First cut to size 2 pieces of ply



Then attach 2 right angle Brackets to the end of the long length



Then drill 4 holes in the second piece of wood ready to secure a hose guide to



Then attach second piece of ply to other ends of brackets



Then attach hose guide



Next you need to make a sleeve to slide the ply into, so I attached 2 lengths of wood slightly thicker than the ply to the inside of the wheel cover



Then cover the lengths with a piece of ply to make a sleeve
