I third the above. I found their systems to be quite basic and budget level but fantastic customer service. ?

I use Spinaclean and find them very good. Usually send the stuff out that day.

Have only used Spinaclean found customer service excellent and very helpful and usually the goods arrive the next day

I spent £1000s with this company and the customer support is dreadful , never again
