Bad 4 months

Had real struggles last 4 months just seemed to stumble through them but can safely say after this last week that's all lifted and we re back on track 100%. For anyone else that hits a wall just battle on the mist lifts and your enthusiasm when you get past it will shock you

You get that in any job, difference in this job is if you persevere you will succeed. As long as you remember this your dark days shouldn't last that long.

what were the struggles you went through?I dare say alot of people here have went through it.

Lost a good friend last summer gazz and thought at the time I had dealt with it a little to well started boxing training couple weeks after,we finished up in april for the summer and I guess that was my therapy because it hit me then it's only coming through the other side I can see it...... funny old thing hindsight

Ah that's a hard one to deal with. Why don't you look for other combat sports in your area to keep you on your toes. I'd recommend Muay Thai or BJJ/Judo.

Or kick boxing. They're all complimentary and leave you a more complete fighter.
