Any window cleaner from Essex with an RO

I’m trying to help a window cleaner in the Essex area as his rejection rate is not what I would expect.

System is fine so I suspect something in the water is an issue.

If you live in Essex and have an R/O what is your tap ppm and what is your ppm after RO.

I do know in certain areas of high calcium rejection rates can be lower.

Tap ppm is high 300s, after 40/40 ro it’s 12, but membrane is fairly old now.
I can give exact figures tonight when I get home. ??
