I do know how to clean them and am an approved contractor it’s just that they are a right pain to clean you don’t clean the tubes with theses it’s the white plastic underneath that has to be cleaned and they are about 12-15 inches off the ground and access is difficult you have to bend over and it’s back breaking work ,also there is no drainage as the roof is flat so the dirty eater just stayed there ,.As far as I know, solar panels need to be cleaned once every 6 months. I found instructions on how to clean them on Google, but I would not dare to do it myself, because I can damage something. But I know that for this purpose there are special services that install solar panels (for example you can find such services on solarsamui2020.com), they also deal with their cleaning and maintenance. But if your client ordered this service from you, then I recommend learning more about it and watching videos on YouTube to learn how to clean them properly.
Some of the panels the access is only 1 meter wide and the panels are 25 meters long I walked away from the job in the endProbably gonna get ribbed for this suggestion BUT
Can you not convert a cheap n cheerful harris pole and adapt the fat end with a 135degree plumbing elbow and then make a 4/5ft handle on it?
Id look at fitting a caster wheel to it just behind adjustable elbow to make it easier to move about

I cleaned a smaller scale setup last year by softwashing it. Used a homemade 4 wheeled trolley with 8 wide angle fan nozzles. Used two guys and a long length of rope to pull itBeen cleaning some solindra solar panels for a large supermarket chain , what a pain , you don’t clean the cylinders but the white rubber sheet underneath it’s back breaking work due to the small gap between the cylinders and the roof , anyone else done stuff like this and if so how did you do it without bending over all day ?? They are in 125 meter runs in length and there is hundreds of lines of them ???
