Normal working day here in the North west but if it was snowing I would still probably try and get out and get my work cleaned depending on...

How much snow?

Is your work in a hilly area?

Is the ambient air temperature above freezing?

If it's below freezing during the day with compacted ice and snow then I'd give it a miss due to the higher risk of crashing the van or getting stuck. It's just not worth it.

It was bloody freezing and if I wasn't 300 miles from home would've chucked it

No snow here 7 degrees and heavy drizzle all day , it’s gone cold now but no ice yet .

Been 1 degree all day here (south Wales). Snow flurries all day but nothing sticking to the roads locally. Trying to recover from a cough & cold - given the temperature and the snow, thought sod it. Cold enough walking the dog.
